Phase 1: Client attraction system set up

We start with a 1:1 game plan to get clear on your offer (packaging the problem you solve in the marketplace), positioning (who and where in the world you solve it for) and the marketing model (the best process and social media platform to get this offer in front of the “who” and convert them into clients).

We build a Campaign (drive target clients to test a high-converting offer and generate quality leads that ultimately buy faster with certainty).

We create 30 days of content in 30 minutes, then schedule and circulate it to target clients on social media. Positioning your trusted “destination” online brand.

Community (start building a warm audience of future clients, referrers and joint ventures around the business).

(Please note: The first 90 days are focused on fast wins to more than pay for the Client Attraction System for the entire year.)

Phase 2: Refinement & Growth

Now that the Client Attraction System is producing results, it's time to get strategic.

We'll start by taking you through The Client Constraints Conversation, to unlock the biggest strategic “client” constraint in your business right now (either: getting more clients, the average client spend or purchase/frequency churn).
Whether that's lead quality, optimising your sales process, or designing a better delivery model — we can then:

Refine the leads, to mirror your best clients (and get more of these leads).
Expert content, create content that handles objections and builds trust and desire upfront to increase sales conversion and transaction sizes.
Community growth to increase retention, buying frequency and referrals by building client culture around the business.

Phase 3: Scale

Every 30 days, we continue to get together and create new content and identify your current client constraint.
You’ll have 1-1 support from me and my team Paula, Harry, Francois, Shelz and Georgi working on scaling your Client Attraction System.
We have an on-demand support calendar so you can book strategic or specific 15-minute outcome-based sessions any time.
Our team works for you to build the Campaign, create the Content and grow the Community. You don’t have to hire, pay and manage these 6 specialists in advertising, editing, design, social media management, copywriting, sales and marketing strategy.

You’ll also have my hand guiding your strategy, overseeing campaigns, content and community performance. And if you get stuck or have feedback - just book a call using the support calendar.

We make it easy to get started and ROI quickly.

We kick off next week to design your Gameplan and map out phase one - the Client Attraction System set-up.

It's $600 a week plus GST to get started (no large upfronts or establishment fees) and we continue on this “pay as go” payment plan for 12 months.

After that, we’ll go month to month, as long as you’re loving the results from your Client Attraction System.

We call the Client Attraction System a ‘compounding investment’ — it generates clients now and into the future, backed by the support of an entire specialist marketing team that saves time and eliminates marketing overwhelm.

It typically pays for itself in the first 30-90 days or sooner.

By the end of Phase 1, we’ll both know if we want to keep working together or not, so there’s a 90-day ‘Love it or leave it’ period.

If something's not right, or either of us isn’t feeling it, we'll just tear up the agreement and walk away as friends.

As long as we’re both good, we move onto scaling you up in Phase 2 & 3 for the next 12 months.
